When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

The service you have selected is reserved especially for you, we need 48 hours notice of cancellation other wise 50% of the intended service will be charged.

Cancellations of Hair Extension Appointments

For Hair Extension Appointments please provide a minimum of 7 days notice.  If appointments are cancelled with less than 7 days notice, this will result in the loss of the full deposit paid upon booking.

Do I need a patch test?

All new customers will need a patch test before any colour treatments are undertaken. Please ask when you make your booking for further information.

Recommend a Friend Vouchers

Vouchers are only valid for a Ladies cut and blow dry.  In order to redeem your voucher please produce it when you arrive for your appointment.
